Denver Multifamily Restoration: Two Greystar Projects

Project Update

Legacy Restoration Supports Two Greystar Communities in Denver

From rapid mold remediation to ongoing plumbing repairs, our team continues to help multifamily property managers address damage, restore affected spaces and keep projects moving.

Two Denver properties. Two different restoration needs. Both projects demonstrate the value of responsive service, clear coordination and the ability to complete specialized work under one roof.

Mold Remediation & Reconstruction

Broadstone on 9th

4300 East 9th Avenue, Denver, CO 80220

Legacy Restoration recently completed its first loss at Broadstone on 9th, a Greystar-managed apartment community in Denver. The project required both mold mitigation and reconstruction, giving our team the opportunity to manage the full restoration process from initial response through final repairs.

Our technicians established the appropriate work area, completed the required remediation and transitioned directly into reconstruction. Because both phases were handled in-house, the property team had one point of contact and a more streamlined path from damage to completion.

3 business days Total project turnaround
Fully in-house Mitigation and reconstruction
First loss Completed at this property

The mitigation and reconstruction were completed within three business days, limiting disruption and allowing the affected area to return to service quickly. This successful first project provided a strong foundation for an ongoing relationship with the community.

Pool Plumbing Repairs

Tangent Apartments

4300 South Monaco Street, Denver, CO 80237

Legacy Restoration was also selected for work at Tangent Apartments, another Greystar-managed community in Denver. Our team stepped in following a separate $70,000 loss that had recently been completed by the property’s previous restoration provider.

We are currently performing pool plumbing repairs and coordinating the work with the property team. Taking over an active property relationship requires clear communication, careful documentation and a practical understanding of the work already performed. Our goal is to make that transition easy for onsite management while delivering dependable results.

Building a long-term property partnership

This assignment gives Legacy Restoration another opportunity to support Greystar with responsive service and consistent project communication. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Tangent community.

A Single Partner for Mitigation and Reconstruction

Multifamily losses often involve more than one phase of work. When mitigation, specialty repairs and reconstruction are divided among several vendors, communication gaps can create delays and additional work for property teams.

Legacy Restoration brings these services together with one coordinated team. Whether a property needs an immediate response, environmental remediation, plumbing repairs or full reconstruction, we focus on protecting the property, documenting the work and moving efficiently toward completion.

  • Rapid response and damage assessment
  • Water mitigation and structural drying
  • Mold remediation and environmental containment
  • Plumbing and specialty repairs
  • Complete in-house reconstruction
  • Clear communication with property and onsite teams
